Fancy a spot in our JANT GROUP family, love? We’re four motherly women—one a nurse—with 100 years of caring behind us, and we’re on the lookout for folks who’d fit right in at our CQC-regulated table in Luton and Bedfordshire. We’re not your run-of-the-mill care crew—we’re about brewing tea, swapping stories, and making homes glow with life. Our journey started years back, when we’d gather after a long day—our nurse fresh from a shift, the rest of us from our own corners of care—and dream of a place where work felt like love. Now, we’re growing, and we need warm hearts to join us on this adventure.


Here’s what we’ve got on offer: 

Care Workers: You’d be the friendly face popping in—helping with a wash by the sink, stirring a pot of porridge, or sitting with someone while their family nips out. You might work days, popping round to several homes, or nights, keeping watch with a cup of cocoa in hand.

Live-in Carers: Fancy settling in? You’d move into a home in Luton or Bedfordshire, becoming someone’s 24/7 companion—sharing meals, tending the garden, and being their rock day and night.

Supported Living/Respite Care Worker: On the horizon! We’re gearing up to hire for these—helping folks with learning disabilities live their own way, or stepping in for a family’s break. Keep your eyes peeled!

Outsourcing: You’d cover shifts at other healthcare spots—hospitals, homes, wherever our warmth’s needed—spreading the JANT GROUP glow.

You’ll start with a bang—our induction’s a feast of learning: Manual Handling to lift with ease, Safeguarding to guard like a lioness, Emergency First Aid to swoop in, Health & Safety to keep homes shipshape, Food Hygiene to cook up a storm, Medication to master the pillbox, Dementia to soothe with patience, and Infection Control to keep everything pristine. We keep it fresh with regular updates—our nurse runs a tight ship!—and you’ll chase NVQ II or III quals with our blessing.

We’ll treat you right—good pay that says ‘you’re worth it,’ a 24/7 helpline when you’re stumped, and a team that’s more like mates than bosses. You might find yourself taking Mr. Brown to his bridge club, his cards tucked under your arm, or helping Miss Lily string fairy lights for Christmas—little jobs that mean the world. We’re here every day of the year, and we’ll cheer your every step—whether you’re new to care or bringing years of your own tales.


Picture this: you’re out with a client, picking apples at the orchard, the air crisp and the basket full. Or you’re live-in, waking to the smell of toast as you chat about the day’s plans. You’ll learn their ways—how they like their eggs, when they nap—and become their steady star. We’ve got room for all sorts—those who’ll sing with a dementia client, others who’ll push a wheelchair through the park.
